Adjunct Associate Professor Sasitorn Siritho (MD) Dr. Sasitorn Siritho is a neurologist at Bumrungrad International Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. She also works at multiple sclerosis and related disorder clinic at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. She currently serves as the head of the Siriraj Neuroimmunology Center (SiNIC) at Siriraj Hospital and the current president of the Thai MS Society. Dr. Siritho obtained her undergraduate medical degree in 1995 at the faculty of medicine of Siriraj Hospital. She undertook a clinical and research fellowship in stroke at the Austin and Rehabilitation Centre of the University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia, from 2001 to 2003. She was following her time as a visiting fellow at the Alzheimer’s Centre of the University of California Los Angeles Medical Centre in Los Angeles, California, USA, in 2005. She further specialized with a clinical fellowship in multiple sclerosis at the Ottawa Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, from 2007 to 2008. Her interest is neuroimmunology, including neuromyelitis optica, multiple sclerosis, and related disorder. She is a peer-review of more than 50 papers and has published extensively locally and internationally.
Marcelo Matiello
Dr. Marcelo Matiello is the Vice-Chair for Clinical Affairs at the Mass General Hospital and Associate Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Matiello’s research bridges translational science and clinical practice, emphasizing the discovery of biomarkers, disease mechanisms, and novel therapies for MS, NMOSD and MOGAD.

Dr. Brichetto joined the Italian MS Society Foundation (FISM) on March 2009 where he currently holds the position of Coordinator of Research in Rehabilitation, Clinical Director of MS Society Rehabilitation Centers and President of the Rehabilitation in Multiple Sclerosis (RIMS) organization. He is 50 years old and he graduated in Medicine in 2000 and in 2004 he became specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In 2004, Dr. Brichetto discussed his on Neurosciences (the effect of robotic training in patients with multiple sclerosis with prevalent cerebellar symptoms). He started to work on Research in Rehabilitation in the field of neuro-rehabilitation 20 years ago in particular in the topic of Parkinson’s disease, stroke, traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis. Since from the beginning he started to explore the topic of movement analysis and the use of advanced technologies in rehabilitation. His whole carrier effort aimed at improving neuro-rehabilitation strategies for MS by integrating traditional rehabilitation techniques with bio-tech devices, improving cognitive rehabilitation strategies by delivering rehab trough m-health devices and by improving rehabilitation outcome measures for clinical and research purposes.

MD, PhD FAAN, is a professor of neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University and a staff neurologist at the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute’s Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis. He is the Director of Research at the Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis. His research focuses on imaging outcome measures and imaging based clinical trials in multiple sclerosis.

Professor Hans-Peter Hartung is Professor of Neurology, Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf, Germany and Honorary Professor at Brain and Mind Center, Medical Faculty, University of Sydney, Australia. His scientific and clinical interests are translational neuroimmunology, in particular MS, NMOSD and immune neuropathies. He has been member of the steering committee of multiple clinical trials in these areas. He has co-authored more than 1100 articles and rote more than 100 book chapters. He was President of ECTRIMS.

Dr Lekha Pandit is a professor of Neurology and Director of Centre for Advanced Neurological Research, at Nitte University, Mangalore, India.
She is the founder/director of the Mangalore demyelinating disease registry (MANNDIR), dedicated to diagnosis and management of multiple sclerosis & related disorders among resource constrained patients in Southern India.
Her research interests include the following - development of diagnostic live cell based assays, detection of novel biomarkers and the study of genetic, environmental and microbiome associations for MS and NMOSD in India.
Dr Pandit has been a recipient of the Fulbright-Nehru fellowship for academic and professional excellence, is an awardee of the National Academy of Science, India and has authored over 225 publications in peer reviewed journals.
She is the current secretary of the Pan Asian committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis (PACTRIMS).
