BADGE POLICY
Access to activities is allowed only with your identification badge. The badge is personal and non-transferable, and must be used visibly at all times within the congress venue. Security and reception staff are instructed to enforce badge usage.
Important: In case of loss, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged to issue a duplicate badge.
SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES
Access to scientific sessions requires registration and badge presentation. Accompanying persons are not allowed to enter the session rooms.

PHARMA SYMPOSIA
The pharma symposia are organized by sponsoring companies, in accordance with their compliance regulations. Access is primarily intended for prescribing healthcare professionals. Any exceptions are specified in the scientific program.
Scientific Abstracts
The presentation of scientific abstracts will happen in the formats of physical posters, digital posters, and oral presentations. The physical poster exhibition will take place in the Sala Liberdade, while the oral presentations will be held throughout the main program.
In total, 98 posters and 8 oral platforms will be presented. Certificates will be available in the restricted area of the website.

CERTIFICATES
Participation certificates will be available from June 18 on the event’s website.
To download your certificate, go to the event website and log in using your registration credentials. Click on the CERTIFICATES menu, complete the satisfaction survey, and your certificate will be available for download or printing.
Important: Certificates will not be sent directly to participants by email.
GUIDELINES FOR MEDICAL EVENTS
Please note that scientific medical events follow the guidelines of ANVISA – RDC 96/08, which regulates the promotion, advertisement, and commercial marketing of pharmaceutical products. This event also complies with the Interfarma Code of Conduct (Research-Based Pharmaceutical Industry Association).
IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS
While the event provides an efficient security service for participants and exhibitors, we strongly advise you to take care of your personal belongings at all times. Please do not leave bags, folders, phones, or other personal items unattended in scientific session rooms, booths, or crowded areas. The congress organizers are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
During the sessions, we kindly ask that mobile phones be set to silent mode or turned off.
